Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Holt Automations LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Holt Automations provides AI-powered business automation services including, but not limited to, voice AI systems, SMS follow-up automation, appointment booking automation, lead nurture sequences, and administrative automation ("Services"). The specific scope of Services for each client is defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.
Setup fees are due prior to commencement of work. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our 30-Day Guarantee. Late payments may result in suspension of Services. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
If your automation system is not live and functioning within 30 calendar days of a fully executed Service Agreement and receipt of required setup fees and client materials, we will waive one (1) month of your retainer fee. This guarantee is void if delays are caused by client non-responsiveness, incomplete information, or third-party platform outages outside our control.
Client agrees to provide timely access to required accounts, platforms, and information necessary to build and deploy automation systems. Delays caused by the client do not constitute a breach by Holt Automations and may affect delivery timelines.
All automation workflows, systems, and configurations built by Holt Automations remain the property of Holt Automations LLC until all fees are paid in full. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered systems. Holt Automations retains the right to use anonymized project details for marketing and portfolio purposes.
By submitting your phone number through our contact form and checking the opt-in consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Holt Automations LLC. These messages may include responses to your inquiry, service information, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications.
Consent Notice: By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in checkbox on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive SMS communications from HOLT AUTOMATIONS LLC. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service engagement.
Starter and Growth plan clients may cancel monthly services with 30 days' written notice. Full Stack clients are subject to cancellation terms outlined in their individual Service Agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Holt Automations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including lost revenue, missed leads, or third-party platform failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by client in the preceding 30 days.
Our services rely on third-party platforms including but not limited to Twilio, Vapi, n8n, Airtable, and others. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these platforms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Worcester County, Massachusetts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
